Ordered from Zullily on 10/10. Finally received the 3 items yesterday 10/31. 3 wks to finally receive ordered things is just too long to wait for me. For Xmas I wouldn't order anything the month of December cause I think that's too late. I know I'm done with them.

I have absolutely no problem with Zulily's shipping model and I buy from them frequently.

They make it very, very clear on your order when the item is expected to be shipped by them and received by you.

I've also cancelled items a few times before they arrived at Zulily from the vendor.  You can check the status very easy on your account.

Sure, if you need something quickly or wait too long to order for Christmas, Zulily is not the place for you to shop.

But I find that the bargains, in most cases, more than outweigh the wait.

That's how all those sites work. They tell you that in advance and I'm fine with that if the deal is good.

Hello @Auntie CC .  You may not have been aware, but Zulily does not warehouse their items.  Their products come directly from the individual brands/manufacturers, so shipping is always dependent on each item's brand.  That's the way it has always been, so you must look at shipping time of each item you intend to purchase.  It's all there in the item description page, and on the ordering page.

I've had items delivered in as little as 4 days, and as long as 23 days.  But it's all stated there to set customer expectations.

Now if it said you should have received it in 5 days, but it took 3 weeks, that's an entirely different matter.

I LOVE Zulily.  I probably buy more from there than anywhere else.  When the items will be shipped is clearly shown, and you can always check your order history for updated information.  I usually buy on Friday so I only pay one shipping ($5.95) and have free shipping on everything else for the whole weekend.

@Auntie CC.  If you'd bothered to read how Zulily operates, you would have known to expect a longer-than-normal delay in shipping.  It is not the place to shop if you need your merchandise fast.

I cannot believe I have not tried Zulilly, as much as I love to shop. It seems that your shipping woes are just par for the course after reading these posts. I never get overly excited if shipping is a little slow, because this can be expected from any retailer from time to time. Unless I pay for expedited, I am content waiting, unless the weight time is unreasonable to me. QVC is one of my favorite online retailers,so I think I will give Zulilly a try.

Love, love, love them.

1.  Shopping cart approach for shipping costs.

2.   Buy over the weekend Friday to Sunday and get one shipping fee for all

3.   Easy returns and they listen to any problem AND MAKE IT RIGHT

4.  Great products which actually fit me and look good.  I just have to be careful about size as they tend to fit smaller

5.  Shipping can take a long time OR NOT but they tell you in the description about which products are delayed.  They have no stock and it comes from the vendor

6.  Some products are name brands, actually many of them

Thanks Zulily for being there.

You can find some cool things but if you're in a hurry, then it's definitely not a good fit.

I started shopping at Zulily 4 years ago and bought many wonderful items for my hime, the yard and patio and especially name-brand shoes.

I find since the Qurate Group acquired the company, it has made a rapid descent downhill.  There are few shoe bargains and many vendors seem to have disappeared.  The home accessories now consist mostly of ordinary junk, nothing unique or beautiful.   There's an overabundance of Asian-made-for-Zulily clothing and even shoes.  They are cheaply made of cheap fabric and strangely sized.  Prices have gone up and true bargains are now scarce.

My first action of the day used to be checking Zulily for new merchandise.  Now I don't even bother.
