Since QVC moderator Susan confirmed on page 2 that this isn't true and QVC's policy re: food refunds has not changed, this post should probably be deleted.  There are six pages of posts after Susan said that.  People don't read every post in a thread like this and just start replying to the first post.  It really isn't right to keep it going when it's not true.
