Buy More and Save anyone having problems??

Everytime I try to order an item and buy more than one on buy more and save it doesn't reduce the price. I had the same problem a few weeks ago. I know I could call Customer Service but it irritates me and just didn't order the items. Is anyone else having problems? I don't shop with the Q as much anymore and this is just another reason.
