Just wondering about something to do with business ethics.
There are many sites tonight showing videos of a "Kiss Cam" at a Coldplay concert in Boston last night. It had been scanning the crowd and had zoomed in on a VERY lovey dovey couple who had been happily linked up smiling with their arms wrapped around each other swaying to the music up until the cam settled on them.
They immediately tried to hide their faces and get away from each other while still on the cam. The woman threw her hands up in front of her face and turned around and the man ducked way down below the row. The video is pretty funny with their reactions going from LOVE to "OH ****" in a second.
Frontman Chris Martin chided them by saying "Look at those two, either they're having an affair or they're just very shy" while everyone laughed.
Apparently the couple left the venue ASAP. But of course SM identified them quickly.
Turns out the guy is a bigtime CEO and the lady is the Chief Human Resource Officer for the same company.
Both are married to other people, and I do feel for their current spouses having to endure SM today.
But my curiosity is if anything will happen to the CEO or HRO job-wise? Will the company (board) just look the other way with all the bad press? In the old days fraternization would have been frowned upon, but is that only for the "little people" these days? ![]()

Gotta love it. While the CEO did apologize to his wife etc., he also complained about a "private moment becoming public without his consent."
Seriously?

Back in '79 I was in LV at a Kenny Rogers show. Before the show they announced People magazine was there taking photos for the magazine and anybody who was there with somebody they shouldn't be needed to move to the back rows. Now with those kiss cams and socia media there is no escape.

Wah! What a crybaby! MOO he made it even worse!
"What was supposed to be a night of music and joy" *joy with another woman, that is
"Private moment became public without my consent" like as @TheMemphisVette says it was a private moment in a public place. Guess he's never been to even a sporting event with a kiss cam before. When you're out in public, you can be seen!
It will be interesting to see how it shakes out at the company level. I saw a comment on another board, something like - "Dipping in the HR pool results in a staff infection". LOL.

Oh boy, talk about self centered and doesn't get it. The issue is not social media. The issue is you are a CHEAT.

Well, I'd say it was a perfect scenerio, since he was CEO of the company he help founded called "Astronomer"
The stars were surely aligned that night
