Sad to hear this. I had his almost naked Cosmpolitan poster. I liked him with Sally Fields with whom he had a love affair. He also had a thing for Dinah Shore. RIP Burt.

in the people article i read, they quoted him as saying that sally field was the  "love of his life." he was not so lucky in love......

I enjoyed Burt Reynolds for years in many roles.

I still can remember one summer morning my mom and I were watching "The Dinah Shore Show" and Burt came out swept her off her feet and surprised Dinah. My mom squealed with delight as she loved Dinah.

I am so sorry to read that he has passed...

Wow...this is really sad news...Burt Reynolds was a good actor and I loved his character Quint in Gunsmoke...I would watch Smokey and the Bandit over and over when I was younger.  I was waiting to watch his latest movie "The Last Movie Star" he will be missed!
