A person who takes satisfaction or finds humor in the violet death of another human being is certainly no better morally than the burglar.

It is not poetic justice or justice it all. It is cruel and meanspirited to laugh about.
Hope you and yours are never,ever in a situation where you're faced with having to commit a crime to survive. You don't know anything about that poor man, but you've appointed yourself judge and jury. How christian of you.
