Noel, I saw that too.  Seven hundred twenty calories and doesn't look appealing to me either.  The Japanese version also has black cheese and black sauce, thanks to squid ink and charcoal!

There is absolutely no way that puting A-1 (blech) alone in dough would turn it black.  They just don't want to tell people that it's food coloring.  Nasty.
