Bullies in the work place

Have any of you ever been a victim of bullying on the job? My dd has, and I have been trying to help her. Everything from over hearing her boss curse about her when she thought she was not in the room. Today one woman brings breakfast for everyone, but her. I asked to make sure, she told me that it was definitely obvious what the woman was doing. I told her to pray for strength, and pray for that woman as well as her manager.

I know we all have dealt with many issues on the job, it just makes going to work each day so miserable. Does anyone have any advice on how she may be able to get past this in a tactful manner? There's so much more I can put on here, but it would take forever!

I may add she's the youngest in the office (24) and according to her boss is the fastest worker. Problem is, her boss announces this to the entire office. Puts her on the spot.
