Miguel Caballero, a Colombian clothing designer is launching a new children's line of bullet proof vests and backpacks. They look like normal clothing, but they are capable of stopping a bullet from a pistol. He hopes to capitalize on the fear some students and parents have about their safety at schools. He shoots employees at close range to prove the vests are bullet proof. There are always people out there who hope to get rich from the pain and suffering of others.
