My daughter ordered some clothes from the Buckle and it shows it was delivered but we cannot locate the package, I just called the Buckle who said they have to contact UPS to have him confirm if the package was delivered or not and if he says he delivered it then I have to contact the police as someone stole it, does this sound right? This is my daughter's first paycheck and she loses her money over a package we cannot locate.
Any thoughts on this?
