Buck Compton Passed Away Today

Buck Compton, one of the original Band of Brothers, portrayed in the HBO Miniseries by the same name, passed away today. He served in the 101st as a Paratrooper in WWII.

Currahee, Buck! Along with all of our WWII vets, you served us proud, you served us well, you gave all. You are a patriot. RIP. I know that God is smiling down on you today! Thank you for your service!
