Re: Bringing your faith into the item presentation

I agree, I think it's tacky and inappropriate. A couple of Jtv hosts have a habit of injecting their religious views into their presentations. I don't know why but some seem to have need to broadcast their beliefs to the world. A world that really doesn't care.

Someone's faith should be the last thing that ever offends another person. With all the horrible things that happen on a daily basis in this world, you should re-direct your criticisms to something really worthy of your disdain.

I totally agree with Topaz every shopping channel has had a cross in some of their presentations. I have never heard any host ever try to push their beliefs to any viewer. I am blown away by this the OP post on here. WOW

Regarding the part I bolded; when you started this thread, were you venting about your frustration and didn't expect anyone to express their opinion?

If that's why, I'm sorry, but when you start a thread, 99% of the time, other posters will express their viewpoint. Just sayin'.

My dear, you are fully entitled to your viewpoint and entitled to post it here, no apologies needed. And when you choose to post it on an open internet chat board with an open "reply" box right beneath it.......yes, you are asking for opinions and responses. Some may agree; some may disagree; some may offer different points of view. That's the way these boards work.

GoodStuff, looks like we were both thinking the same thing. You said it better than I did Smiley Happy

It's a shopping channel. Shopping. Just shopping. Your opinions are not any more valid than mine. Thank you for understanding my viewpoint, Chrystaltree and Krimpette.
