Prince Philip passed away.

Even at his advanced age, it's still shocking to hear he's passed.

There is a thread about Prince Phillip's passing in the Amoung Friends forum, and I'll say here what I said there.

My condolences goes  out to the Queen, Prince Charles, and everybody in the Royal family.

99 is a long life.

May he rest in peace.

A great love story, with a life well lived. Definitely one for the storybooks, or a Hallmark movie. What a unique relationship they shared. 

There's no doubt this will be personally very difficult for the Queen, while also changing the family dynamics.

I, too, had hoped the Prince would make it to 100. He was almost there. RIP loyal Prince Philip.

This is about the passing of Prince Philip.  Nothing else matters.  If this turns into another round of H&M, this thread will poof.

Out of respect could we just for once express sympathy for the Queen-I'm sure she is heart-broken.

The rest doesn't matter.

He was quite a handsome man and lived a life of service and dedication to Elizabeth.
