You just reminded me of one of my favorite meals.  A baked potato with sauteed onions, peppers and tomatoes on top.  Not exactly my breakfast food, but one of my favorite comfort foods, for sure.

If I add an egg I will call it breakfast!

@QueenDanceALot, that sounds really good.   I like the idea of a baked potato.   I bet it would be good with a sweet potato too

I love breakfast for dinner.  A potato, onion, mushroom, green pepper, crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar frittata sounds perfect for dinner tonight😋  May everyone enjoy their breakfast for dinner creations!

I could eat breakfast any time of day. However my husband won't eat it for dinner.

That probably would be good,  but I have to have the Idaho with that combo.  I eat the skin on the Idaho, but I don't eat the skin on a sweet potato.

I never have pancakes or french toast for dinner, only breakfast, and usually only on Sundays.  Part of the pancake or french toast breakfast is coffee, and I can't do coffee after noon or I don't sleep.

I will occasionally have a veggie omelette, though, for dinner.

I would love to do it and I have when DH would go out of town, sometimes I would just have cheese and crackers and a glass of wine for dinner.  DH is retired now, so I cook most nights.  Luckily he cleans up.  He's going out next week with friends for dinner, so I'm looking forward to not having him home for dinner and mayble I have breakfast for dinner, or cheese and crackers with a glass of wine!!!

I often have cereal or waffles or oatmeal for dinner. Have my "big" meal at lunch and not usually too hungry for dinner.
