Break down of all caes of the virus State by State

[ Edited ]

This was the best infromation I'v read of the break down state by state.  Bigget surprise was Florida.  I didn't think they had any cases, but in fact 5 have died there.

I can't show the link, but it's at CNN

I, too, was surprised to see that Florida count.....especially given all the people that were on the beach in a news photo this morning!

I felt encouraged that our state’s count only went up by 1 from yesterday to today.   I’m sure that trend will change but it’s a little bit of thread to hold onto for now.

I wonder how one state can have no cases.  Interesting.  (West Virginia).

@Krimpette Maybe more rural areas?  Not so many big metro areas?  People live farther apart?

Lack and/or fear of testing?

I think I read a couple of days ago that one of their senators (Capito) was not pleased that they either didn't have tests or didn't have enough.  I only caught the headline.

In my mind's eye, every one of those confirmed cases has spread it to an unknown number of others who are spreading it to others, probably either non-symptomatic or minimally, ignoring it, or self-quarantining without reporting.

I have no illusions that it isn't far more extensive than these numbers.
