Filed and finalized, approved by a Florida court.

Not currently married.

Miami Hearald:

"Bundchen, whose middle name is Caroline, is the petitioner in the uncontested case, filed in Glades County, Florida. Thomas Edward Brady Jr. is the respondent. The confidential file is dated Oct. 28 (Friday), the final judgment is for dissolution of marriage, and the status is closed."

They still each of them have 30 days to file a notice of appeal.  If no appeal then the entire matter is final.

Re: Brady and Bundchen’s divorce is finalized.

Pretty much everyone is blaming Brady for the demise. But I find it hard to believe they divorced over his going back to football. There has to be more to the story. she doesn't look like the easiest person to get along with either. She knew what she was getting into when she married him, she knew who he was. So instead of demonizing Tom Brady, let's just say they both made mistakes.

They still have 30 days to file an appeal.  Especially if one of them finds out there are assets being hidden.  Any civil litiagtion you have 30 days.

Re: Brady and Bundchen’s divorce is finalized.

They are no longer married under Florida Statute once a Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage has been entered, which occurred on 10/28.

However, a party could appeal a provision of the Dissolution,  such as Alimony or Child Support,  but the parties are no longer legally married.  In Florida, no Court can reverse that Final Dissolution.

"If you have a Final Judgment that orders the parties to comply with a custody arrangement, requires the payment of alimony, orders a time-sharing schedule, division of marital assets, the payment of child support, or any other family law issue, you can change those provisions if they have become overly burdensome or not in the best interests of a minor child. To change a Final Judgment there are very specific steps that must be followed."

I dont think she is grieving any.  There have been pics and reports on her out on the town with a date already.
