Do any of you subscribe to this email ? I have taken advantage of the deals a few times, but yesterday I got a real bargain. I saw a Harry and David gift set and Brad' deal was a code for free shipping on that item. The shipping was 14.95. without the code there is no way I would have ordered that set !

@QVCkitty1  -  I used to subscribe to Brads Deals many years ago.  I had completely forgotten about it.  I'm glad you brought it up.  I may have to get back on the email list.  Thanks and glad you got free shipping!  Smiley Happy

I had a bad experience with Harry & Davids.  I ordered a limoncello cake for Thanksgiving.  Received an email that the cake had been shipped and indicated it should arrive by 11/21.  I kept checking the UPS information and it said a label had been created and awaiting the package.  I waited until 11/25 and called Harry & Davids.  Custom service said that it actually wasn't shipped.  Wanted to know if I wanted them to ship another, I said yes.  When I asked when I would get the cake she said she'd send an email with all that information.  Never got the reorder cake or the email.  Called again to CS and told them all I wanted was for them to issue a credit for the cake I never got.  I checked earlier this week and still had not received credit.
