Boyds Bears

My local news station had a piece on the news this evening informing the public that the Boyds Bear Country Store in Gettysburg, PA will close as of December 31st. The company was recently sold and the new owners are closing down the store. Sounds like an end of an era is occuring. I have many bears I have collected over the years and will be sad to see them go. They said they will continue providing them elsewhere, but the store in Gettysburg was successful, so I take it that what we came to love as Boyds Bears will soon be gone.
