It shows on the Q website $3.50 for standard shipping...?? not over $12!

For Express Delivery it's over $12.

It appears that most agree that shipping was not $12. Even the OP agrees.

There are things for which Q can be criticized, but I do feel badly that they have fallen victim to fake news here.

The real shipping insanity is charging for every item. Three items in and it gets crazy. I don't show Q very often and that would be one reason. I only order when something is a really good deal and I always shop around first. I'd be shocked if I've purchased 10 things total over the years.

How many TSV's did you buy? They charge shipping on each item. They have not had reduced shipping on multiple items on one order for a long time. Your message is misleading.
