Bought a new mouse for my computer....WOW!

My HP computer is about 8-9 years old. Still works fine for what we use it for. It had been running slow lately... had to click and click the mouse to get anything to happen.. My husband said we might need a new Mouse.. so he went and got a new wireless one to replace our old mouse that came with the computer. WOW! Now the computer responds like quick fire! So, if you computer seems to be running slow and you have an old mouse.. you might try buying a new mouse and see if that is all you need to get things up and moving again.
