Books that may help us through the grief process

Good morning,

I've been reading so many posts about the loss of a pet or anticipated loss of a pet. I know that there are sites, like www.petloss.com, that have articles about loss. But, there are also some very helpful books in print . . . something that you can take with you, when you are sitting in your yard, at the beach, etc.

I can't find my copy of a wonderful little book concerning pet loss. (Actually that may be the title.)

We had Nicholas cremated -- I've never done this in the past -- and worked with a highly recommended business in our area. Heavenly Days is located in Urbana, Maryland. They sell a variety of books -- including fill-in books designed for children and another for adults.

Hoping that some of these writings will help other ladies and their families work their way through the grief process.

A Cat to Remember, a fill-in book for adults

If anyone has any other titles, please post.

Personally, I'm just beginning to feel the full effect of losing Nicholas. I know that I can't go around it. I have to go through it and I'll be okay.
