Blown away by this music: Disturbed group

That is their name. Guess 6 yrs ago they made this song. The Sound of Silence. It's so good to me. Really like the way he sings this. Never heard it before I heard it on a show of 2 very good ice skaters. I had to see who this was. So today, I'll have to search this group out.

The last one I learned about here, was Pentatonix. Still a favorite of mine too.

Still wish we had a music or entertainment forum on here. They gave us gamers years back. Still wishing for this.

Anyway, some of you may know this group. The singer, need to find his name out. On goes the search.

A heavy metal band doing the Sounds of Silence? I just cant imagine.

That was done by Simon and Garfunkle in the 60's. A very mellow soft song.

My husband had this video on not long ago and I was just in awe with the video and the recording of the song! It was truly truly amazing! And yes, I do love Pentatonix, too! Do you like soft jazz music? I don't know if you do but I occasionally put it on the t.v. - we have Comcast - and they have a wonderful soft jazz channel on. So many good people --- Boney James, Walter Beasley, Peter White, The Rippingtons, etc., etc.

I didn't expect to like the video when I first heard about it because Disturbed is a little heavy for my taste but I was completely mesmerized by their version of this song.
