@Pezzie I loved those things. They were fun to open and close. We kept coins in ours.

Yes!  A coin purse.  Actually, very handy for keeping change, including dimes and quarters for phone booths, etc.   

 

Anyone remember phone booths?  Seems like a hundred years ago.

I always felt so grown up when I carried mine around.  Never probably more than .20 cents in it but hey it was my spending money.

I still remember my first of these!  I got a blue one in first grade to carry my lunch money coins.  I felt so grown up!💝

I would keep my lunch money in one of those coin purses when I was in high school.  Mine had a key chain attached to it which made it easier to carry.
