@qualitygal - Oct. 21st is my birthday too!!  I'm 71.  Happy mutual Birthday!

I agree about grandmother aged women today do not look like the grandmothrs from our childhood.  Both my Italian grandmothers looked the same - hair in a bun, lace up shoes and housedresses.  I loved them both, but there is such a difference.

In May 2023 he was awarded in memory an Honorary Doctorate  from the U of Florida School of Music in Gainesville Florida, his hometown.

His family donated $100,000 to start  The Tom Petty Endowment for Guitars & Innovation. 

One of the best 👍 and one of the hardest to hear about when he died.😢
