Bing is working but Safari keeps going down. Anyone else having an issue!
Whoops! I goofed. This post up. I should have said that Safari with Google was giving me trouble and then I switched to Safari with Bing. This solved the slow loading of the pages. Tonight, Google is working again.

@Mindy D, @I am still oxox, I don't completely understand the reported issue, because Safari is the browser, Bing the search engine.
I've had no problems on the internet today, with Facebook or any search engines, Safari is operating well. But in general I've seen Safari occasionally acting up a wee bit more than usual with all of the iPadOS 13.x versions.
I'm using an iPad 6, 13.5.1, by the way.😊
Some basic troubleshooting suggestions:
1 -- Be sure you have the most recent software for your iPad.
2 -- Close all apps running in background.
3 -- Clear browser data. Go into Settings, under Safari, and clear history and website data and under "Advanced" be sure to tap "Website Data" and then remove everything there, too.
4 -- If you're using a bookmark/favorite to access a website, they might have a problem. Instead, open your browser and then go directly to the website (old bookmarks/favorites sometimes direct us to areas that have problems).
5 -- Try a simple shutdown and restart (using the "slide to power off" slider).
6 -- Try a hard reset/reboot.
7 -- Reset Network Settings. Under "General" and "Reset," tap "Reset Network Settings" (the device will reboot and you'll need your router password to reconnect to the router).
8 -- Reset your router (again, be sure you know your password/credentials before you do this).
9 -- Backup/sync your iPad to iTunes or to iCloud (this needs to be done regularly, not just to preserve your information but also to remove a lot of diagnostic/analytics data that can cause problems and takes up a considerable amount of space).

I use DuckDuckGo. I like their privacy policy.

@dooBdoo Sorry, I should have said Google on Safari and now I'm on Bing on Safari.

Great point, @Nancy Drew.😊 I like DuckDuckGo for my iPad and StartPage for my Mac.
The search engines with less tracking like DuckDuckGo, StartPage, Qwant, etc., are good alternatives to those more commonly used. Here's an article about these:

Update: Now I'm using the newly-released iPadOS 13.6 on my iPad 6.
I'm still seeing no problems using websites. I hope everyone's glitches have been resolved, with the posted troubleshooting/housekeeping tips or with an iPadOS update.
Good wishes to all.❤️
