Bill Paxton's Family Files Lawsuit Regarding His Death

Reported on CBS This Morning:  "The family of late actor Bill Paxton filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the hospital and surgeon who operated on him, claiming an "improper" medical procedure caused the 61-year-old's death last year."

I can't imagine how painful that would be to go through as a family.  That would be just heart wrenching.
