[Sybil VS Eve]

I saw a CBS report about a woman who bought an "XYZ" handbag from TJ's for $$$$$. She later discovered it was a fake. The store refunded her money.

The "story" here is that there is a criminal element buying up Designer named products, and then returning counterfeit merchandise in their place! They then pocket the $$$$ and are that far ahead because they've lost nothing in the process.
