Entertainment Weekly reports that last nights show ""was the highest-rated series debut in cable TV history. 6.9 million people were watching."" I suspect having ""Walking Dead"" air before the show accounts for some of the viewers.

We plan to watch the second episode tonight but I'm not sold on the show yet.

I found it moved along really slow but I kept with it and liked it better. I think Saul is one of those characters that plays off better against others, as opposed to standing on his own.

I watched it!!! It was a little slow but that didn't put me off at all. I love this guy. He makes me laugh so hard and I thought they should have used him even more on BB. I am really looking forward to it!

I am not one of those people who will dump a show after 2 episodes. It takes longer to catch on sometimes. Anyone remember how bad Seinfeld was for like the first 2 yrs?

We've got it on the DVR. Going to watch it tonight. Can't wait & hope it's good! I didn't read the entire thread in case there were any spoilers.

Last night was much better. That was classic Saul trying to talk his way out of trouble!

I watched the first episode and thoroughly enjoyed the unexpected events at the end. I agree it was a little slow at first, and we're still trying to figure out all the background and relationships, but that's okay. I like the way Vince Gilligan builds his stories.

We've weren't able to watch the second half last night, so it's on the agenda for this evening. Really looking forward to it! {#emotions_dlg.thumbup1}

I enjoyed the second episode much more. Not sure why Mike is in that parking lot, though. I understand that this series is about Saul before Walter White meets him, so that would explain Tuco the Psycho.

Another one here who did the BB marathon on Netflix, too.
