One of the BIg Deals is a Bethlehem Christmas tree. It says a 5 year limited warranty. Does anyone know what the warranty covers?
I tried asking a question underneath the description but all I got was a thick white space. I also looked on the Bethlehem Lights website but couldn't find the answer.
Thank you!

I thought they said on air or ina Q&A that it was 5 years for the tree but 2 years for the lights. I've seen similar warranties on Balsam Hill and Home Reflections.

A few years ago I purchased a Bethlehem tree and I purchased it for my new home but didn't use it until the following year. The year after that the center portion lights didn't work. I called but nothing was done.
I spent several hours removing all the lights and I string my own lights. I still have the tree but sadly their lights didn't really last on my tree.

I bought one in white. If I remember correctly around the 4th or 5 year the lights starting to go out. And the tree started to turn yellow. For that much money you would think it would last at least 10 years. You can get really nice trees at the brick and morter stores for alot less money.
