My favorite of his is the soundtrack from The Mission. Gabriel's Oboe (it became the melody for Nella Fantasia) is beautiful.

I literally get tears in my eyes every time I hear it. So powerful, especially when you've seen the movie. One of my favorite instrumental songs EVER (and that's saying something!!)
