Hi, folks, I am researching for the holidays today. I was on the various food sites and took down some recipes, but none sound as interesting as my "old reliables."
I am going to a potluck party and have promised to bring cookies. The problem is that I like New England type cookies such as spice, molasses, and hermits; they aren't everyone's cup of tea.
So what do you think? I am going through my cookbooks, too, and all the ones that appeal to me are Scandinavian or cardamom flavored. Anyone have such a recipe that is family-honored as a perennial?
Thanks in advance for any advice!
