I got some rhubarb from our neighbors tonight, and since both my husband and I are off sugar, I thought about using stevia and dipped the fresh rhubarb into that and it's delicious raw! I think it's the first time I ever ate it raw.

Then I googled the benefits of rhubarb and find that there are many.
