I don't think you should fool with Mother Nature unless your nose really does not fit your face and it's causing you a problem. I thought for sure my cousin would opt for a nose job when she graduated from high school, but she decided to live with it. As she got older she kind of grew into her nose and she never regretted not having the surgery. Bella's nose was much prettier before, MM looks better with the nose job, her wide nose would not fly in Hollywood.

Bella has had her entire face and body done.  Now her sister Gigi is gorgeous in a natural, flirty way.  Bella doesn’t compare.

Gigi has also had surgery, without make up nobody would recognize these two imo.

I read somewhere that Bella is also a blonde like Gigi, but dyes her hair dark to differentiate herself from her sister.  She probably appeals to a different modeling client than Gigi since she looks more "exotic" where Gigi is more "girl next door".

Sorry but this isn't proof at all. I have worked for a plastic surgeon for over 15 yrs and see nose jobs all the time. The only thing that this picture shows is that she lost baby weight in her face.  

The shapes of noses can change quite a bit from teen years to adulthood. We lose  subcutaneous fat and that can thin out the cheeks, jowls, eyes, chin and nose.
