I go to church with a surgical nurse and told her I needed gastro bypass she laughed out loud and said "you have to be 100 lbs overweight". Otherwise, cut back on the Hershey bars.

Bella is pretty either way although her altered nose is a bit harsh. Meghan Markle is cute but her nose job is less flattering than her pre-surgical natural nose.

I know who Bella is but I don't follow her.  Unless she herself has admitted to a nose job, I wouldn't be so sure she had one.  Her face overall in the second picture looks thinner, her hair is pulled back severely and my guess is there is highlighting and contouring going on.   And who knows what kind of alterations were made to the photo.
