I'm not saying I don't like the pictures. I'm saying, you can't compare in these 2 very different looks.

Dr. Nassif is the nose guy on Botched.

You could afford him if you are selected to be on the show, @SharkE.  The network pays you an appearance fee and you in turn pay Dr. Nassif (or Dr. Dubrow).   You can apply online to be on the show.

I need nose job and gastro by pass

Someone's nose might not grow but a change to your face such as weight gain or weightloss may make your nose look different.

I know who Bella is but I don't follow her.  Unless she herself has admitted to a nose job, I wouldn't be so sure she had one.  Her face overall in the second picture looks thinner, her hair is pulled back severely and my guess is there is highlighting and contouring going on.   And who knows what kind of alterations were made to the photo.
