Belated B’Day Gift

Oh I'm in trouble now. A friend sent me a pound of See's assorted dark chocolates. I just love their candy. I had better share or I could eatmyeayout of my warm weather clothes. 😩

@QVCkitty1   Happy belated birthday.

 

My son bought me a box of dark chocolate assorted candy from a local candy shop this month for my b-day as well.  

I told myself I would eat one piece a day.  By day three the box was empty.  I ate every piece!

 

I just told myself to eat it and get over it. Now, I don't have to worry about that.  Trying to eat just one piece at a time is way too much work.

 

I hope your b-day was a good one.

That is what I do one piece a day in the evenings.  Done that for years and it keeps me from over indulging if I deny myself.
