Been getting spammed

Ever since the security breach with Epsilon I have been getting strange emails and text messages. Today I received 95 undeliverable emails, but I sent no emails for the past month. Yesterday I got 5 text messages from someone I don't know, when I finally responded, she said I am looking at my computer and see that you are signed right now. I then went to another inactive account on AOL and got a few IM's. Then today, I got an email that someone was following me on twitter. That is amazing, since I have never looked at or opened twitter.

So I don't know if this is related, but it didn't start until after I got the email from HSN, and a few other accounts assuring me that all is okay.
