Luckily, even when I was overweight. I am not hungry in the evening. If I have ice cream or chocolate, it's directly after a meal.

Same for me.  I am still on my weight loss journey.

Hi @Tissyanne .  My grandchild loves olives and I ordered him this snack-pack from the Q.  He really enjoyed it.

@San Antonio Gal , I buy mine from a vendor thru Walmart. The company is Mario's. Thank you for showing these at QVC. I will check into them.

Once in awhile if we have had a very light supper at 6 p.m. I will eat a triscuit or two with a little organic peanut butter or a little bit of cheese about 8 or 8:30.  Nothing later.

Sometimes might be about 3/4 cup skim or 1 percent milk with a little protein powder in it.  If I don't eat enough I might awake with a migraine headache.  Sure do NOT want that.

I don't eat anything after dinner.  I have a problem controlling my weight.  Eating before you go to bed contributes to weight gain.

I am a night owl going to bed around 2 to 3 am.  I might have a cup of herbal tea on occasion at night.

Not usually but I have at times.  Chocolate pudding always helps curb my appetite if I have right after supper.

My husband always had to have something sweet after his meal and he would eat once a day usually.  I have to eat three times a day.  I usually have a snack about 2:00 before dinner most of the time so I don't come home from work and start snacking.

I like to keep my weight down and walk every day.  If I start in on sweets then I have a harder time stopping so I just don't keep things around.

I brush my teeth right after supper and helps me not to eat because I don't want to have to brush again.

@San Antonio Gal , the ones I like are the herb and spices. They are not spicy at all.

No late-night snacks for me, but I will admit a fondness for Castelvetrano olives.

Asaro castelvetrano olives not as good as before : r/Costco
