Beauty With Benefits GWP and missing purchased items

I got my GWP however I never received my Laura Gellar items.  Customer Service is not available due to surge of customers.  I didn't even get an opportunity to be put on hold.

What should I do?  I want my purchases.  Thanks

Happened once I bought a second product lets see it if happens with that too

@usffan    Good Morning, I have checked the order, it is still in transit to you. I see a postal scan just this morning.

For my QVC order I got the gift bag ahead of the items I bought to qualify for it.
