Beauty Trends Foundation and Powders

I do not actually watch live QVC that often.  Recently I have tuned in and am not familiar with many of the new hosts and vendors.  What is attracting my attention is "faces that shine and look someone greasy or highlighted. What am I missing?  Is there a product that looks like this or is it just a camera trick of sorts?  I like to keep up with trends but not sure I want to buy into this one if it is in fact some product.

@bonnielu It could be the finish of the bb cream, cc cream, or foundation that's being used, or it could be an actual highlighter that's been applied to certain areas.  Highlighters come in cream, liquid, and powder formulations.
