So... these were pictures from the other night during a full moon... taken at different times after I got home from work. I have zero idea how to change anything in a picture... lol... all I do is zoom and shoot. 💜 Thank you to all that like my pictures. ❤️

That December moon is a supermoon.

Last evening when the moon was rising it "appeared" quite large and had a definite deep yellow color.  As I first caught sight of it from my kitchen window, it was just above the roof line of my backyard neighbor's roof.

That house had Christmas lights going across the lower front roof in a straight line.  The lights were the same deep color as the supermoon; in the darkness the moon looked like a quarter being dropped into a piggy bank !

Of course as the moon rose higher, its color paled.  But for a few minutes, it was awesome....wish I thought to capture the moment with my cellphone !
