Beautiful Sunny and Warm Day Here

Went for a long walk this morning and watched Spring blooming everywhere, birds singing their happy songs, and seeing neighbors out enjoying their walk and fresh air, alone, in couples, with dogs and without.  We all gave each other a wide bertth, waved and smiled, sometimes asking "How ya doin'?"

Back home, after making breakfast, I'm trying to get motivated to work on my new venture, virtual fitness training.  So far, I s&@% at it. Cat Tongue

Maybe, with more practice, I will become an Instagram Influencer!

Hahahahahahahaha

Happy Sunday to all!

Re: Beautiful Sunny and Warm Day Here

My trainer has been doing Facebook live streams every day for any client who wants to maintain their workout routine. It's been awesome! The video isn't always the best. In one session her dog decided to "help" her do some core work. But it's the best that can be done right now and exactly what we need. After this morning's "you too can have a hockey butt" session, we had a virtual brunch.

Keep doing what you're doing. It'll be appreciated!

My clients have been great and very supportive and understanding.  I want to keep them happy and moving during this very stressful time, not only for their physical health but emotional and mental health as well.  We all need that!!

Thanks for the encouragement.

Enjoy. It's rainy and cold where I am. I might put my rain gear on and walk anyway. Lousy forecast for the entire week here, I wish that could change.

2nd highest pollen count in the last 30 years in Atlanta. No going outside for me today. Pollen count is almost 9,000.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

Bright, sunny, about 60 degrees and windy.

Still a little cool for my liking, but I am trying to get out through the day and using the sunlight to up my Vitamin D.

Almost 70 degrees and breeze in central Midwest. Enjoyed a 4 mile walk on nearby Rock Island Trail, former rail line. Cyclists, runners, and walkers waving and keeping their distance.
