I saw this on the news....so sad to see. Such majestic creatures they and the whales are. I hope they get to the bottom of this.

I'm also concerned about the fish and seafood and what that could come to also.

@jubilant

It already has effected fish and seafood in the area. Many fishermen's century old companies, are effected by this. Not only less fish, but also prohibited from gathering fish in zoned off areas.

How will y'all power up your electric vehicles.....

Well since the people who are concerned about windmills are generally not the people who want to eliminate use of fossil fuels and nuclear, a better question is how wind - and maybe solar (without fossil fuels and nuclear) are going to power electricity overall - not to mention electric vehicles.  I'm nit planning to ever purchase an electric vehicle .  The price of the batteries alone is crazy !!

@Isobel Archer   you are so right !  Eliminating all these would be ridiculous!!!  You would need fossil fuels and nuclear for the stupid electric cars 😉 some people just don't think things through.  Besides to Thnk I of all  the charging stations that would still have to be put Everywhere!!

Well we already know windmills kill eagles and other birds and we apparently don't care so even if it's determined that the whales/dolphins suffered due to wind  power   expansion, I doubt anything will change.

@Isobel Archer @Your totally right about that .  Nothing at all being done about our majestic eagles and tons of other birds being killed !   So definitely if it is found that these ugly windmills are indeed killing our whales and dolphins you can bet  they will still go up and nothing will change .  It's just disgusting and sickening because I do feel it is the windmill construction as it confuses the whales , dolphins . They do omit sounds as well.   That is what I've heard being reported .

This is such a sad thing to see. I just love sea life and it is so important. To see these innocent creatures die and wash upon the beaches is appalling. I hope those involved in the research or whatever that is causing these deaths will stop the wind mills and save our ocean life.

@Trailrun23  I so agree with you ,  it's very upsetting .  Plus only thing different in the ocean is the windmills !!!  It's not  rocket science to figure out why all of a sudden all these whales, dolphins are washing up ...come on 😡

Well if the folks researching how to make viruses more potent and easier to transmit who  think as Fauci said - while the possibility of a pandemic would be rare, what we would learn from it would be "worth it"  - have no accountability, then I seriously doubt that if it's determined that the wind power folks are killing the sea life in addition to the birds that they will have any accountability either.

Follow the money.

well, as things usually go  more and more sea mamals will be found dead  on beaches ,. they have never stopped  many countries from dumping tons of garbage in the oceans either . Wait till we have a big pile up of all those  lithium based batteries that only  last abt 5-6 yrs ( approx 70,000 miles )  and need replacement . They cannot be recharged and need to be buried  becuse they are highly flammable  and toxic to the environment . Where do you think these will be dumped  in the desert ?  or  ocean where all the other garbage goes.

@skatting44   Well that is a good point .  Where will these batteries go ,  plus they are toxic .    So much for caring all about our environment right !?

@Kitty Galore

Wasn't the point of all this to save the environment? Maybe I am confused. I thought water/land/trees/birds/sea animals, were part of the environment. Why exactly do they say they are saving the environment, to me, it looks like they are destroying it.

Some still haven't figured out where electricity comes from. Think it just comes through cables into wall sockets. A derned shame, it is!

Re: Beached Dolphins NJ Shore

@hckynutjohn  you couldn't be more right !  It's exactly how I feel as well .  I thought it was all about saving the environment,  as far as I knew land/sea animals / birds and water were part of the environment.  Can't believe a word they say ,  and I don't !!  I see destruction as you as you put it.

"comes through cables into wall sockets ". LOL 🤣 that is too funny .  On a serious note though there is nothing good happening in this country right now and that isn't funny .  I worry about all the children and what will it be for them one day .
