This is the second time I have been given a refund due to a reduced item that was purchased within 30 days.

Wow- I didn't know Q refunded the difference.

This is one thing I really like about QVC. A couple of months ago, I purchased a couple of Linea skirts and they went on clearance about 3 weeks later. They gave me a refund on the difference. Smiley Happy

I bought a pair of Birkenstocks at full price a few weeks ago. I've been checking the price every day and this morning they went on clearance. I called customer service a few minutes ago and they refunded the difference in price, a little over $30. I was thrilled.


Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?
