We have had so many really bad windy days lately.

The power flickered last night but thankfully didn't go out. We had no power for 12 hrs. a few weeks ago.

Another weekend of picking up branches and twigs blown off from the wind.

It was the same here in the Southern Tier of NY. I was watching in the draft and although the lights flickered, we never lost power. Today is beautiful and sunny, but the wind is getting fierce. 🌬🌬🌬

We are on the Jersey shore and the winds are really whipping today. We did some yard work earlier today and found the wind to be challenging.

Same here in southern MA, very windy with lots of gusts. Hubby and I were just talking about how crazy the wind has been this year. I never remember so many windy days. It's frustrating because now that it's finally spring, I want to spend as much time as I can outside but it's so darn windy it's hard to stay out for long.

I agree the windy days are becoming more and more common. In RI, getting up to 50mph today, yikes. We live in a townhouse high up on a hill (on a small old ski resort) and it's windy daily here. So much so that my hubby has to tie our deck furniture down with bungee cords, I kid you not.........we literally had a chair go flying last summer in a bad thunderstorm.

Very windy. Temps are nice, but that wind! More like a gale. Our boxes are all over the porch. A UPS guy did something nice. I got something from QVC (light in a soft package) He put it down on the porch and weighted down a broom (which we keep under a bench on the porch) to keep it there. I'm on the lookout for something from Amazon too (boxes of Tea) which of course is very light. Don't want to lose it.
