Does anyone else watch this show? How can she call it back to basics? Most of her recipes are complicated with ingredients most of us don't have in our kitchen. Also, do you think she ever thinks about the calories, fat, or carbohydrates in what she is cooking? Her husband is diabetic, yet she is always giving him cookies and pasta and ice cream. Doesn't she know that he shouldn't eat those things? Today she was making some savory cakes with rice and a few other things, then she breaded them and fried them up. Carb, more carbs, and grease. No wonder she is chunky!
