rustynail1: Thanks for the apology. I think most of us here would like to discuss some of those serious issues ..... if we could. I do understand your frustration of hoping to "dig a little deeper" and talk about things that matter most. It's sad QVC can't figure out a way to let us do that. I know it is a difficult problem to solve. I say warn the repeat offenders and tell those who complain too much to put their pacifiers in their mouths and just listen. If they can't take a little heat they really need to get out of Dodge or remain lurkers. Same for those who can't hold their tempers. Where is Clint and Wyatt when we need them ${#emotions_dlg.confused1}$ ${#emotions_dlg.ohmy}$ ......
