I like Barbara, she is a savvy businesswoman, and has proven it time and time again. If she says something about a company, I would believe it.

Exactly. She never said QVC was terrible to do business with, only that it's not the place to sell food which is what the OP said but some have twisted that.

I also thought it was well known that returns go back to a vendor. Andrew Lessman has talked about that a number of times on HSN. He said any returns come back to him. I've heard Jennifer Stallone mention that as well.
