Banned for Life from HSN!

I tried to order something from HSN today and was told by customer service that I cannot order anything from HSN because of too many returns from one year ago. I had ordered some DG jeans and could not find a size that fit & also had ordered a laptop that stopped working two days after I started it up. They said because I had so many returns, that I was considered an unsatisfied customer and can never order from HSN again. All I can say is WOW! Has anyone else had this problem? I really wanted the product that was on today for a birthday gift, but I'm out of luck! I guess I'll just have to spend my money elsewhere! I feel like a scolded child!
