Bagels and cakes, very weird

Ordered the bagel-cake combo for immediate shipment. Wrote a review that one bagel was hard as a rock and had to throw out. Never saw my review but got an email showing my review and saying it was received. Anybody ever receive anything like that?

@luvsshopping - I just recently did a review and got the email saying it had been posted, but I didn't see it at first.

 

Then I realized that for some reason the reviews were sorted by "most helpful".  I hadn't set it to filter that way, but I just changed it to "most recent" and my review showed up.

 

It may be something as simple as that.

 

ETA:  I hope you contacted customer service.  You should get a refund, if your order arrived in that condition.  You can get a full or partial refund, if you think the other items were okay.
